Teams Meeting Room Users Guide
01) Schedule a meeting appointment with all attendees and the team meeting room you will be used

2) Schedule a time slot. Meeting rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

When you are in the teams Meeting room,
1) This is how the meeting room monitor should look. In the case of a monitor that has gone to sleep, to wake up the monitor, use the ON button on the Sharp remote control

2) Take a look at the meeting console on the table. Your appointment will be displayed. The meeting can be joined by tapping.

3) Connect your laptop directly to the HDMI cable on the table to share the screen. Please tap the leave button once the meeting is over.

4) Please use the Poly remote control to change camera settings and volume in the meeting room.
