Note: Complete Pentana install over remote help

1) Disable umbrella in services by running as admin with your ELV account on the users laptop

2) Go to Severn drive and in the installer file there is a Pentana ideagen risk management folder:

3) Send both java and install file to user on teams

4) Install Java and then install Pentana

5) Ask user to login, and turn on umbrella back on .
